Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most important questions about our services, products and processes.

What is leukapheresis?

Leukapheresis is a medical procedure in which white blood cells (leukocytes) are selectively collected from the blood of a donor or patient. The blood is passed through an apheresis device that separates the desired cells and immediately returns all remaining blood components. The procedure is safe, well-established and performed routinely.

Yes, we offer tailored solutions. You can individually specify donor criteria (age, gender, blood type, HLA type), cell type, minimum quantity, purity level and delivery format. Our team is happy to advise you on specifying your requirements.

How long can cryopreserved cell products be stored?
